How do I shop

It is very simple to place an order on

Simply click on the relevant section to open a drop-down menu, and then click on the links to visit categories, such as t-shirts or sweaters. If you are looking for a specific item, you may use our search box in order to find products by name, color, category or style.

When you have made your choice of product, choose your size and click on “SHOP NOW”. The product has now been added to your shopping bag and you can choose to continue shopping – or go to the checkout and complete the purchase. Once you are ready to complete your purchase, visit your shopping bag at the top right-hand corner of our screen and click on “Checkout” to be led through the checkout and secure payment process.

Which size should I go for?

You will find a link to a size chart on every product page, to help you convert international sizes. You can measure a similar item at home and compare with our measurement list.

We also write the models measurement and what size he/she is wearing on every product page as a reference.

In case the size that you ordered should not fit, you can easily exchange your items within 14 days for the size you need.

How can I track my order?

DHL Express Shipping:
1-3 working days within Europe
2-4 working days outside Europe

Once the parcel with your order leaves our warehouse you will receive an automatic email with the DHL tracking link to follow its journey.

Standard Shipping:
5-8 working days within Europe
5-10 working days outside Europe

If you have chosen Standard Shipping you will not be able to track your order. This delivery option is not trackable. This is Standard Shipping with Swedish company Postnord.

Swedish Customers: If you live in Sweden or order to a swedish address, you can choose PostNord Mypack Collect as shipping option if you want your order to be shipped with tracking. Otherwise your order will not be trackable.

Can I change or cancel my order once it has been placed?

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email to as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been submitted, we cannot guarantee that the purchase can be cancelled or modified. Please be aware that we are unable to combine orders or add pieces to an existing order once it has been placed.

If you have received your order and need to return it please refer to the return instructions on this store at the customer care section. Once we receive your returned item, we will process a refund or an exchange as requested.

My order is not being accepted. Why?

Please be sure that the address you are entering in the “Billing” field is the address that is registered with your bank and the address where you receive your bank statement. If the system still doesn’t accept your order, please contact your bank and then contact us at

Sometimes we make updates / adding news or changing something on our store – or our payment services make safety updates then it can be a technical interference. If your order does not go through, try to switch your web browser to private mode and try to place the order again or you can try switching platform from example your smart phone to a computer and place the order again.

Do you re-stock your inventory?

On occasions, we re-stock some of our products but most of them are limited editions.
