1  How do I buy / Place an order?
Select the item(s) you wish to purchase and add them to your shopping cart by clicking “ADD TO CART”. Optionally, you may need to choose the size you want, this is done before. When you have finished shopping, go to the CHECKOUT. At the checkout you need to fill in your shipping information, when this is done, choose your payment option – PayPal or Credit Card (DIBS) – then press the button “PLACE ORDER”.
If you choose PayPal, you will be redirected to PayPal’s payment window, where you log in and pay the amount of your order.
If you choose to pay with credit card/DIBS you will be redirected to DIBS encrypted payment window to pay the amount of your order. After this you will receive an order confirmation on your email. Your order is being handled directly by our team and you will receive another email when it has been shipped by us and it is on the way to you!
2  I'm trying to place an order but it does not go through?
Sometimes we make updates on our shop or our payment services do safety updates (PayPal & DIBS), then it can be a technical interference. If your order does not go through, try switch your web browser to private mode and try order again or you can try switching platform from example your smart phone to a computer.

4  How long is the delivery time?
International shipping takes 4-8 business days to be delivered to you. Maximum 15 business days. Shipping in Sweden and Scandinavia takes 1-3 business days. At any delays or similar do not hesitate to contact us!
5  How can I track my order?
We can not provide you with tracking numbers at the moment. But please be patient. You will receive your order and if the stated delivery time has been exceeded (15 business days), please contact us for a solution.
6  The item did not fit - how do I exchange size?
If you received your clothes and tried them on once and they did not fit good and you maybe want a size bigger or smaller, you can exchange them within 14 days. Send the product/s back to us, our return address is on the invoice you got at your original purchase. Mark on the same invoice with the size you would like to exchange to. We do not make exchanges on underwear or socks.
IMPORTANT: Do not forget to mark on the invoice with the size you want. Exchanges will be given after we have inspected the product, and the product is in original condition. Clothes worn with any stains or the like can not be replaced/exchanged. If you send back such products, we will not be responsible for processing and exchange those items. Shipping and handling for the delivery and pick up will not be refunded.

8  How can I be sure I will receive my order?
We are a small and serious startup brand and we can’t afford of making mistakes. Your order is being handled directly and you will get a confirmation email with details about your order status when it’s placed and you will get another email when it has been shipped out by us.
